100% Composite
The advantages of this style of construction include its enormous strength while remaining lightweight, which means that a boat that normally weighs 650 kgs may be manufactured to weigh 300 kgs.
When people talk about composite boat building, they usually mean sandwiching composite materials like Corecell, Divinycell, or Coosa (to name a few) between layers of fiberglass to form a strong, lightweight boat.
